On looking into this company on our return we have discovered that:

1. Despite Ski Fidelity claiming to be a company limited in the UK: there appears to be no records of this!!! So it would appear that they are not!!!

2. Ski Fidelity take payment in the UK but do not issue VAT or TVA invoices!!!!????

3. Ski Fidelity get unrelated third parties to debit customers credit card!!!
Our credit card details were passed to a company called Sky Golf Ltd.

4. Ski Fidelity have an address in Runcorn on their website
Ski Fidelity have an address in Luton on their letterhead
Ski Fidelity have an address in La Tania on their invoices

Something seems to be very amiss.

Photographs of what we were expecting and what we got can be seen below. There is a marked difference.

Ski-Fidelity in La Tania - Holidays from Hell

We bought a ski holiday from a company called Ski Fidelity Ltd for New Year week 2005/6. This company have 3 chalets:

Chalet Delta, La Tania
Chalet Papillion, La Tania
Chalet Montagne, Courcheval 1650

The holiday we experienced was very, very different from the one we believed we were buying. Their website leads customers to believe that they are going to a clean, well managed chalet with high standards of service.

- The chalet we went to was dirty and badly managed
- Guests taking drugs seemed to be perfectly acceptable to the management
- We were kept awake every night
- The chalet staff overslept
- The management were argumentative and unhelpful
- It was so bad we dined out & eventually checked into a hotel
